  • Key Concepts:
Closed is a status in SAP SRM RFQ Processing that indicates that the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process has been completed. This status is set when the RFQ is closed by the buyer or when the supplier has responded to all of the items in the RFQ.

    How to use it:
In order to close an RFQ, the buyer must first select the “Close” button in the RFQ header. This will set the status of the RFQ to “Closed” and will prevent any further changes from being made to the RFQ. The buyer can also close an RFQ by selecting “Close” from the Actions menu in the RFQ header.

    Tips & Tricks:
When closing an RFQ, it is important to ensure that all of the items in the RFQ have been responded to by suppliers. If any items are left unanswered, they will remain open and can be responded to at a later date.
