  Parental Leave is a type of leave available to employees in SAP's Human Capital Management (HCM) Personnel Administration (PA) component.   How to use it: 
  In SAP HCM PA, Parental Leave can be requested and approved by the employee's manager. The employee must provide documentation of the birth or adoption of the child in order to be eligible for the leave. Once approved, the employee will be able to take the leave for a specified period of time. 
  
  Tips & Tricks:
