reconciled. Plan activity for &V1& is 0, but activity input of this
actvity type is still planned for the receiver (scheduled quantity).

To prevent a chain of errors and guarantee orderly calculation, the
scheduled quantity is taken as the activity quantity. Since this is a
serious error, however, the calculation results are not posted.
