addition, you can enter a blocking group which blocks certain
activities for this order individually. An activity may only be
performed for an order if the status allows it and if it does not belong
to the group of blocked activities.

To plan the order &V1&, you must set a status that allows the activity
RKP1 ('CO planning costs'), and the order must not be blocked against
this activity.
