Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

This error may have several causes:
If you are using an
RFC destination (table RFCDES; transaction SM59) to connect
CRM to the RFC Gateway, check which destination is entered in the
CRMC_EXT_SERVER table for the connection you want, and then use
transaction SM59 to check that this RFC destination is maintained and
that the entries are correct.
The RFC Gateway on the Windows machine was either not started, or the
CRM server may not be able to reach the Windows machine via the
network. Ask the administrator of the Windows machine.
