The text table for hierarchy levels contains identical records.
Duplicate record with language = '&V1&' and level = '&V2&'.

The hierarchy cannot be updated.

Check the update of the text table for the hierarchy level in the
transformation and prevent duplicate records from being created.

Generally DataSources do not return segments for the levels. Check
whether an incorrect source segment is connected to the level segment
and, if so, delete these rules.
