¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to reduce the amount for the earmarked fund &V1&, item &V2&.
However, so much of the fund has already been consumed that the
reduction would overrun the item amount.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

If the document is subject to an approval procedure, the check is made
on the basis of the new amount to be approved that results from the
reduction.
