When calculating the <GL:planned_TO_processing_time>planned processing
time</> in the <GL:transfer_order>transfer order</> item, the system
first determines activities necessary for the for warehousing processes.
The system then uses these activities and additional characteristics to
determine the planned processing time parameters that can be used in
formulas for calculating the planned processing time.
The system was unable to determine activities for the current
warehousing process.
