There are no entries in the Administrator's table (T526) that are valid
for use by this Hiring Manager.

There are no entries shown for the Recruitment Officer field help value.
The form can not be submitted without the Recruitment Officer entry.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Make the correct customizing entries for table T526.
Another option would be to change the customizing entry on how the
Recruitment Officer is determined. This can be found in the IMG under
Manager-Self-Service (mySAP ERP) -> Recruitment -> Define Attribute for
Request Scenarios. Select a different entry for Recruiter Logic Type.
