Officer field should be taken automatically from the Personnel Officer
indicated in the Vacancy Table (T750X) for this given position.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check your customizing setting in the Vacancy Table (T750X) and ensure
that a Personnel Officer is indicated.
Another option would be to change the customizing entry on how the
Recruitment Officer is determined. This can be found in the IMG under
Manager-Self-Service (mySAP ERP) -> Recruitment -> Define Attribute for
Request Scenarios. Select a different entry for Recruiter Logic Type.
