¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to enter beneficiaries for this plan. However, the system
found no beneficiaries who were eligible for this plan, or no
beneficiaries whatsoever. The most probable causes for the absence of
beneficiaries are as follows.
The plan at hand is not configured to allow coverage for beneficiaries.
The employee has no valid records in the <LS>Family/Related Persons</>
or <LS>External Organizations</> infotypes (0021 and 0219,
respectively).

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you expected a certain person or organization to appear in the list
of possible beneficiaries and if the system did not find that entity,
ensure that an active Infotype 0021 or 0219 record exists for that
entity on the begin date of the current record.
