¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to enter dependents for this plan. However, the system
found no dependents who were eligible for this plan, or no dependents
whatsoever. The most probable causes for the absence of dependents are
as follows.
The plan at hand is not configured to allow coverage for dependents.
The employee has no valid record in the <LS>Family/Related Persons</>
infotype (0021).
The persons for whom valid Infotype 0021 records exist are ineligible
for enrollment as dependents - for example, due to age limits.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you expected a certain person to appear in the list of possible
dependents and if the system did not find that person, ensure that an
active Infotype 0021 record exists for that person on the begin date of
the current record. Review the attributes (age, zip code, and so on) of
this person to ensure that they are eligible.
