infotype in order to fill a structure.
Benefits features requiring this information for enrollment then read
this structure. The features were unable to find this information and
therefore this error was caused in the enrollment.

Check that the employee has an infotype (0171) record which begins on
or before the employee enrollment period.
Check that the field evidence of insurability is correctly filled.
