The employee does not have a valid infotype (0094) record.

Forms need to read the field residence status from this infotype in
order to fill certain structures.
Benefits features requiring this information for enrollment then read
these structures. The features were unable to find this information and
therefore this error occurred. &WHAT_TO_DO& Check that the employee has
an infotype (0094) record which begins on or before the employee
enrollment period. Check that the field residence status is correctly
filled.
