¿Qué causa este problema?

Plan line items in the system match the selection criteria you entered.
Totals records can only be archived if the corresponding actual and
plan line items have been archived.

Respuesta del sistema

An archiving run in production mode is not allowed (process control:
"Archiving with/without database change"). With the process control
"Test run" or "Only output combination list", this message is only a
warning.
