¿Qué causa este problema?

Actual line items exists in the system that match the selection
criteria you specified.
Totals records can only be archived if the corresponding actual and
plan line items are no longer in the system.

Respuesta del sistema

An archiving run in production mode is not allowed (process control:
"Archiving with/without database change"). With the process control
"Test run" or "Only output combination list", this message is only a
warning.
