You have restricted the reconstruction of the
<DS:DE.BUAVC_ALDNR>availability control ledger</> &V1& to a list of
<DS:DE.FMCE_CVRGRP>cover groups</> not including the cover group &V2&.
However, the system cannot reconstruct ledger &V1& without taking into
account this cover group.
Reason: at least one budget address exists (&V3&&V4&) with the following
situation:
the budget address either previously belonged to this cover group, but
was in the meantime assigned to a cover group in your selection, or
the budget address previously belonged to a cover group in your
selection, but was in the meantime assigned to cover group &V2&.
