¿Qué causa este problema?

You have restricted the reconstruction of the
<DS:DE.BUAVC_ALDNR>availability control ledger</> &V1& to one
<DS:DE.BUAVC_ARCTY>record type</>. However, the system needs to
reconstruct the <ZK>complete</> ledger &V1&, because there is at least
one budget address (&V3&&V4&), which previously belonged to a cover
group (&V2&), but which is no longer assigned to any automatic cover
group.
Possible reasons are:
The cover group &V2& has been deleted.
The assignment of the budget address to cover group &V2& has been
deleted.
