¿Qué causa este problema?

The length you entered for the commodity code or the import code number
is greater than the maximum value 17.
&Example&
In the EU, the commodity code is 8 digits in length.
The import code number, on the other hand, has the length 11.
In the US, both numbers are 10 digits long. Also in Japan.

Enter a length that is less than or equal to 17.
