¿Qué causa este problema?

At least one role with the staffing type <LS>by Resource Manager via
Authorization</> exists for the project definition. However, no
authorization exists for the <LS>Staffing Manager</> activity.
Therefore, the roles are not visible in the worklist of the resource
management application in which the role is to be staffed externally.
