¿Qué causa este problema?

The transaction executed requires a component on the PC that has not
yet been installed, or is installed as an older version.
You should execute the installation to update the component.
The user can either confirm or cancel. How the system reacts to you
cancelling depends on the transaction that can function WITHOUT this
component or with an older version of it.
The confirmation is also possible for all components that are used by
the transaction.
