¿Qué causa este problema?

An error occurred while installing a file on the frontend PC that is
required to execute the transaction.
The file must be installed, since it either does not exist on the PC,
or does exist, but in an obsolete version.
The user can ignore the error, and it may be possible to run the
transaction without the file, or using an older version.
The error occurred because
