to process orders. The operations or phases however have the status
partially confirmed. You cannot dispatch or reschedule operations or
phases that are partially confirmed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should only dispatch or reschedule operations or phases that have
not yet been partially confirmed.
If you still want to reschedule the operations or phases, then you must
cancel the partial confirmations of the operations or phases.
