You are trying to dispatch or reschedule an operation or a phase.
However, the operation or the phase has the status "confirmed". You are
not meant to dispatch or reschedule an operation or a phase which has
already been confirmed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should only dispatch or reschedule operations or phases that have
not yet been confirmed.
If you want to reschedule the operations or phases nevertheless, you
must cancel the confirmations to the operations or phases.
