¿Qué causa este problema?

The CTS plug-ins contain help functions that allow you to control and
monitor the transport functions of SAP systems from "outside".
The CTS plug-ins need to be updated on the managed system. You must
distribute the CTS plug-ins to this system.
&PREREQUISITES&
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled for the distribution:
The import destination exists between the CTS Server and the managed
system.
The required version of the transport tools exists in the system. To
find out the version that is required for your system, refer to SAP Note
1665940.

Select the row of the system to which you want to distribute the CTS
plug-ins and choose "Distribute Plug-Ins".
Confirm that you want to distribute the CTS plug-ins to this system.
