¿Qué causa este problema?

You have requested input help for the field "Route". The possible routes
are determined by the SCM system using various parameters (product,
required delivery date, start and end location, among others). The end
location is absolutely required for this. If the system does not know
the end of the route, then input help is useless.

The end location is defined by the ship-to party.
In this case, you have either not entered the ship-to party, or no
address is assigned to the ship-to party.
