¿Qué causa este problema?

You have requested input help for the field "Route". The possible routes
are determined by the SCM system using various parameters (product,
required delivery date, start and end location, among others). The start
location is absolutely required for this. If the system does not know
the start of the route, then input help is useless.

The start location depends on the assigned product and is determined by
APO during the availability check. In this case, you have either not
entered a product, or the APO could not determine a location.

First enter the product and then choose the route. If necessary, check
in the SCM system to see if a deivery location is maintained for your
product.
