The workflow task "Start target group optimization" for campaign element
'&V2&' with the name "&V1&" and campaign '&V3&' requires a segment as a
parameter in the campaign element. the Campaign element aslo requres an
optimization element as a successor.
Furthermore, the indicator "Start for every reactor" must not be set.
