The workflow task "Add business partner to a target group" for campaign
element "&V2&" with name "&V1&" and campaign "&V3&" needs a target group
as a parameter of the campaign element.

The target group must be a business partner target group.

Furthermore, the checkbox "Start for every respondent" must be selected.
