¿Qué causa este problema?

There is no parent object defined for plan/campaign object &V1& (GUID =
&V2&).
The hierarchy must contain one root node only, this node being
distinguished by the fact that the field <LS>UP</> is blank (a root
node does not have a parent node).
The external system returned a table containing a hierarchy in which
this object appears without parent information. The <LS>UP</> field is
empty.
However, the system has already found an object containing an empty
<LS>UP</> field and interpreted this object as a root node.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In the external system or in the BADI, check the parent information for
the objects.
