The operation whose number you want to change is used as a branch
operation for alternative and/or parallel sequences. The number of the
branch operation must not be higher than the number of the first
operation in the alternative or parallel sequence.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Choose a number for the branch operation which is lower than
the first operation of the alternative or parallel sequence or
assign a higher number to the first operation of the respective
alternative or parallel sequence.
