¿Qué causa este problema?

The location &v2& is defined in the parameter <ls>LCA</> for user &v1&.
This regulates all location-dependent access procedures for this user.
However, this option should not be used in normal cases.
Usually, the location can be regulated via the IP address of the front-
end workstation (<DS:TRAN.SCMSIP>Define subnets</>). If this is not
sufficient, the location can be defined explicitly for individual hosts
(<DS:TRAN.SCMSHO>Define host</>).
