¿Qué causa este problema?

The parameter <ls>LCA</> is pre-set in the user settings for &v1&
users. This enables all location-dependent access procedures for these
users to be regulated.
However, you should not usually use this option.
Usually, the location can be regulated via the IP address of the
frontend workstation (
<DS:TRAN.SCMSIP>Maintain subnets</>). If this is not sufficient, the
location can be maintained explicitly for individual hosts (
<DS:TRAN.SCMSHO>Maintain hosts</>).
