¿Qué causa este problema?

More than one template with an active link is associated to the PCO
class.

Respuesta del sistema

All workflow templates with an active link will be executed when the
process starts.
Usually only one template should be active at one time except when you
use workflow start conditions that determine the use of the template
based on instance data.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to disable the event link to a workflow template, execute
transaction <ZK>Process Definition - List</> (EHFND_WFF_PRCDEF_LST).
Click the <ZK>Event Linkage</> column for the process for which you want
to change the event link. A new screen displays all workflow templates
associated with this process. To disable the link to one of the workflow
templates, click the icon in the <ZK>Event Linkage</> column.
