Without the workflow template, the process cannot be executed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Open the workflow template that is used for the processing in
transaction <ZK>Change Tasks</> (PFTC_CHG) and create an entry that
refers to the PCO class on the tab <ZK>Triggering events</>. Usually the
event CREATED is used. Activate the link for this event.
