If you change the project definition, these changes affect all the WBS
elements in the work breakdown structure.
Since you accessed work breakdown structure maintenance via a WBS
element, the changes cannot be executed for all the WBS elements.

On the initial screen enter the project definition, but do not enter a
WBS element. Repeat the changes.
