¿Qué causa este problema?

The function you selected triggers the following change:
Object: &V1& &V2&
Change: &V3&
However, when you called the edit transaction, you did not select the
entire project. &V1& &V2& is not in the selection quantity and,
therefore, cannot be changed.

Select all objects to be changed when calling the edit transaction.
If you only enter a project definition on the initial screen and no
WBS element, you can change all objects in the work breakdown structure.
If you enter a WBS element on the initial screen, you can only change
this WBS element and its subordinate WBS elements.
