the operation value &V4& is assigned to this value category in
Customizing for standard values.
The work center that you are editing has a task list usage &V3&. In the
task lists that belong to the task list usage the operation value &V4&
that is to be calculated is not permitted.

You have the following possibilities:
Check which operation values in the task lists for the usage &V3 are
permitted. Select a process in your work center that contains a method
that calculates one of these operation values.
