You are calculating standard values for a task list of the type &V3&.
You cannot specify a base quantities for operations in task lists of
the type &V3&, because the standard values in operations of these task
lists always refer to the quantity 1. For this reason, the base
quantity &V2& in method &V1& is not taken into account.
