¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to process a change object (such as a BOM or document) with
reference to the change number of an ECO.

Respuesta del sistema

The system checks the system status of the ECO.
The ECO you selected has been locked by the system. This happens
automatically if you set the system status "Change not possible" for at
least one of the change objects.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the object management records of the ECO.
You cannot unlock the ECO until none of the object management records
has the system status "Change not possible".
The system lock is set automatically by the system, but is not deleted
automatically by the system.
Once you have deleted the system status "Change not possible" for the
object management records, you must unlock the ECO manually.
