You want to process a change object (such as a BOM or document) with
reference to the change number of an ECO.

Respuesta del sistema

The system checks the system status of the ECO.
The ECO you selected has been given the system status "Locked" by a
user.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the ECO (and the object management records of the ECO, if
required).
The status report logs the name of the user who locked the ECO
(Environment -> Reporting -> Status report).
To unlock the ECO, set the system status "Unlock".
