¿Qué causa este problema?
You are changing the activation state of the cover eligibility for FM
area &V1& and fiscal year &V2&. The activation causes an extended check
of the availability control to take place during postings. For German
Government customers, this check is also the prerequisite that budget
eligible for cover and budget ineligible for cover can be released
