¿Qué causa este problema?
Availability control in fund &V1& runs against overall values, although
only annual values have been maintained.¿Cómo arreglar este error?
Change the availability control settings in the budget profile so that
annual values are checked. Then reconstruct the assigne values for all
the funds that use this budget profile.
