¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has not yet ended data transfer for the background job
chosen.

Respuesta del sistema

Error processing cannot be started yet. The job must first be given
status "E", that is, it must be restarted and properly ended.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to restart a terminated job, choose <LS>Job administration
-> Restart job</>.
