The background job chosen has been cancelled manually.

The system has ended the processing task if necessary, and
shifted the job to the processed data transfer category.
The job has the status "Cancelled manually".

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to restart the job, you must first return it to the upper
category. You do so via <LS>Expert menu -> Move to current list</>.
