Have you released all repairs?
Have you confirmed the repairs?
Have you configured the Transport Management System correctly?
If you have, start the preparatory report again, choosing 'Reset' and
then choosing 'Prepare'. Then upload the files again in the SPAM and
reset the status of the SPAM.
