¿Qué causa este problema?

A productive Support Package that has the number 95 has already been
imported. Nobody could have predicted this when this demo was created.

Respuesta del sistema

The numbers given to Support Packages must be chosen consecutively. No
number can occur twice. In this way, no future Support Package having
this number can be imported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If the existing Support Package is a demo Support Package that you
imported yourself, you can use the preparatory program to reset it.
