¿Qué causa este problema?

You tried to execute a project report, and have selected according to
the assignment to an investment program.
However, this is only allowed if there are no multiple assignments
(proportionally weighted) of WBS elements to program positions in
investment program &V1&/&V2&.
This type of multiple assignment was found, however.

The report cannot be executed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Do <ZH>not</> use selection by assignment to investment program
&V1&/&V2& in the Information System for projects.
Instead, you can use the Information System of Investment Management
(IM). If you do, the system then lists only those WBS elements that are
assigned to an investment program position. However, you can call
suitable project reports for evaluating the entire project directly
from within the IM report.
