¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Enter an appropriation request number that is in the allowed range
between &V2& and &V3&.
When you use external number assignment, the system does not provide
information about appropriation request numbers in the number range
that have already been used. In order to see numbers that have been
assigned already, open a second session and use the matchcode for
appropriation requests.
