¿Qué causa este problema?

You have specified that the number assignment for appropriation request
type &V2& should be the same as for WBS elements that are formatted
(use a coding mask). In order to have this type of number for the
appropriation request type, you need to use internal number assignment
in number range &V1&.
However, number range &V1& currently has external number assignment.

The system does not create appropriation requests.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Correct the Customizing settings for appropriation request type &V2&:
Assign appropriation request type &V2& to a number range with internal
number assignment.
Or, change the number assignment control in appropriation request type
&V2& so that it does not require formatting as WBS elements do.
